Overview
The HPE Aruba R4W49-61001 is the AP-567 dual-radio 802.11ax outdoor access point designed for harsh environments and high-density deployments. It supports dual-band Wi-Fi 6 with 2×2:2 spatial streams, providing an aggregate throughput of up to 1.73 Gbps (or up to ~1.49 Gbps in some regions). Its ruggedized design (IP67 rated) makes it suitable for outdoor walls, poles or ceilings in campus, transit or industrial-edge settings. The device supports a single Gigabit Ethernet port with PoE+ and includes integrated Bluetooth 5 (and optional 802.15.4/Zigbee) radios for IoT and BLE-enabled services.
