The StarTech ST121USBHD is a professional-grade point-to-point extender kit designed to relocate high-definition video and peripheral control far beyond the limitations of standard cabling. Technically, the system consists of a local transmitter and a remote receiver that communicate via a single Category 5e or Category 6 cable. It supports 1080p (1920×1080) video resolutions at 60Hz and integrates a 3-port USB 2.0 hub at the remote end. This allows for full KVM (Keyboard, Video, Mouse) functionality, as well as support for touchscreens and flash drives.
