The HP JD093B is a hot?pluggable SFP+ optical transceiver designed for network engineers deploying 10?Gigabit Ethernet links in enterprise and data?centre environments. It supports a 10?Gb/s data rate over multi?mode or single?mode fibre with a 1310?nm wavelength, enabling network upgrades over existing fibre infrastructure. With a reach of up to approximately 220?m on OM3 multimode fibre and up to 300?m on single?mode fibre, it bridges short?to?mid?range links at data centre edge, campus aggregation or distribution layers. The module supports digital optical monitoring (DOM/ DDM), facilitating link diagnostics and maintenance. Its IEEE 802.3ae (10GBASE?LRM) form?factor compatibility ensures integration with standard SFP+ ports.
