The Intel BXTSRM1 is the Intel Laminar RM1 stock CPU air cooler designed for Intel desktop processors using the LGA1700 socket. It is typically bundled with select Intel Core i5 and Core i7 non-K processors and is intended for standard desktop thermal requirements in office PCs, entry-level workstations, and general-purpose computing systems.

This cooler is engineered for processors with moderate thermal design power and provides efficient air cooling using a single PWM-controlled fan. It supports dynamic fan speed control to balance thermal performance and acoustics during variable CPU workloads. The design uses an aluminum heatsink with copper contact elements for improved heat transfer from the processor to the cooling fins.
