It is designed for organizations operating mission-critical out-of-band management infrastructure that require continuous access to expert assistance and expedited hardware replacement.

Premium Support provides 24×7×365 global technical support, priority escalation to Tier 2 and Tier 3 engineers, SLA-backed response times, and Advanced Replacement service to minimize downtime during hardware failures. It is well suited for enterprise data centers, distributed branch offices, industrial networks, and edge deployments where infrastructure availability is critical.

This support SKU is intended for eligible Opengear hardware covered under the Premium Support program. It does not include hardware, software licenses, or feature upgrades.
