The INTELLINET 716178 19″ 6U Wall Mount 2-Post Open Frame Network Rack provides a flexible, space-saving mounting solution engineered for housing standard 19-inch IT and networking equipment. Designed for network installers, systems integrators, and IT administrators, it offers an accessible framework ideal for secure environments where lockable server cabinets are not required.

Constructed from heavy-duty cold-rolled SPCC steel with an antistatic powder-coated finish (RAL 9004), this 6U rack supports static equipment loads up to 66 lbs (30 kg) when closed. Its reversible front-hinged swing-frame design enables the front frame to swing open (supporting up to 22 lbs / 10 kg while open), allowing effortless access to rear panel wiring, port connections, and hardware for simplified maintenance and testing. The open-frame 2-post structure ensures unhindered passive airflow and multi-directional cable entry.

The rack ships flat-packed to reduce freight costs and includes a complete 20-piece M6 cage nut set. With a usable depth of 15.75 in. (400 mm), it is well-suited for mounting patch panels, network switches, shelf units, and shallow servers in telecommunication closets, branch offices, testing labs, and AV control centers. Do not exceed the maximum static weight rating or install without proper wall anchor support.
