The INTELLINET 772495 is a single-gang, 4-port keystone wall plate engineered for high-density structured cabling installations in enterprise offices, commercial facilities, and residential environments. It provides a streamlined termination point for in-wall network, voice, video, and audio cabling, consolidating up to four connections into a single wall box location.

Featuring a flush-mount profile, the faceplate accepts four standard keystone jack modules—including RJ45 Ethernet (Cat5e/Cat6/Cat6a), RJ11/12 voice, HDMI, coaxial, and fiber optics. It mounts directly onto standard single-gang electrical junction boxes, low-voltage mounting brackets, and surface-mount boxes.

Designed for high-density drop locations requiring maximum port density in a standard single-gang footprint. It is incompatible with non-standard proprietary keystone modules or multi-gang electrical enclosures without a reducing faceplate adapter.
