Overview
The TRENDnet TI-XPG102 is a hardened, unmanaged Ethernet switch built for railway and other industrial rolling-stock applications. It delivers 8 M12 (X-code) Gigabit PoE+ ports plus 2 M12 bypass Gigabit ports, enabling robust connectivity for devices like cameras, sensors, and access points in moving vehicles. Its PoE budget supports up to 200 W at 56 V DC (or 100 W at 24 V DC), making it viable for power-intensive field equipment. The rugged metal housing meets IP40 protection standards and complies with EN 50155, giving it durability under high shock, vibration, and wide temperature extremes (-40 °C to 75 °C).
