Overview :
The TRENDnet TPE-3012LS is a compact, rack-mountable managed network switch designed for installation by surveillance integrators and IT engineers deploying IP camera infrastructures. It provides eight Gigabit PoE+ ports plus two additional Gigabit RJ-45 ports and two SFP fibre slots, solving the challenge of powering and connecting cameras and NVRs in distributed camera systems. With a 24 Gbps switching fabric and a built-in PoE budget of 110 W—delivering up to 30 W per port on ports 1-8—it supports small to mid-size surveillance networks at the edge or in a network closet. The unit fits into 1U, 19-inch racks in branch, campus wiring closets or edge-environments, and includes advanced managed features such as VLANs, LACP, IGMP snooping, SNMP, and ONVIF device-discovery/dashboard mode. It integrates into existing IPv4/IPv6 infrastructures and supports fibre uplinks via the two SFP slots.
