The Eaton SR48UBDP48 is a floor‑standing 48U server rack enclosure intended for housing rack‑mount IT equipment in data centers, wiring closets, branch offices, and enterprise server rooms. It provides an extra‑deep mounting space that accommodates deep servers, PDUs, cable management hardware, and power distribution systems, and it is typically deployed by data center engineers, network architects, and IT facilities teams where depth and accessibility are critical.

This cabinet features a 48U vertical space with approximately 48 inch (1219 mm) mounting depth, enabling installation of deep‑chassis equipment and ample room for rear‑access power supply removal or maintenance. The steel construction with a durable powder‑coat finish supports up to ~3000 lb (1361 kg) static load and ~2250 lb (1021 kg) rolling load, making it suitable for heavy servers and dense network gear.

Deployment fits network closets, enterprise core racks, labs, and colocation facilities where space for cable routing, airflow, and maintenance access is essential.
