This 48-inch distribution strip allows facility managers to optimize interior rack layouts by supplying multi-outlet AC delivery without consuming critical rack units needed for compute hardware.

Operating at 120V nominal input, the PDUMV15 features an integrated, front-facing two-digit LCD ammeter. This local interface provides real-time tracking of the combined aggregate current draw in amps, allowing field technicians to audit overall energy consumption before expanding structural hardware configurations. Power distribution is routed across 16 NEMA 5-15R receptacles through a long, 15-foot attached power cable terminated with a standard NEMA 5-15P straight-blade input plug.

The system is constructed with an unfiltered electrical pass-through architecture, making it the preferred deployment option for distributing alternate waveform or modified sine wave output from active enterprise UPS units and auxiliary generator networks. To mitigate accidental human-error outages during operational maintenance routines, the built-in 15A master circuit breaker and lighted power switch are shielded beneath a rugged, clear snap-lock protective cover.
