The Eaton B127M-101-H is a medical-grade HDMI over Cat6 extender kit designed for extending high-resolution HDMI video and audio signals across long distances using standard Cat6 cabling. It is commonly deployed in healthcare, enterprise AV, control rooms, and professional installations where source equipment must be located away from the display.
The system transmits 4K video at 60 Hz with HDR support and 4:4:4 chroma subsampling, ensuring accurate color reproduction for imaging, monitoring, and presentation environments. It supports distances up to 230 ft (70 m) over Cat6 cable while maintaining stable signal integrity.
Built with strong EMI/RFI and ESD protection, the extender is designed for environments where electrical interference must be minimized—particularly medical and sensitive AV installations. It also includes Power over Cable (PoC), allowing the receiver to be powered through the same Cat6 link, simplifying deployment.
