The Eaton RBC58-3US is a 192V DC pre-assembled internal replacement battery cartridge from the Tripp Lite series. By enabling localized, hot-swappable installation, it addresses cell degradation in mission-critical hardware nodes without forcing costly equipment downtime or complete power chassis replacements.

The system features a high-voltage 192V DC nominal output configuration composed of 16 matched 12V 5Ah sealed lead-acid (SLA) batteries. These premium cells utilize advanced valve-regulated lead-acid (VRLA) technology and come partitioned into two pre-wired 96V metal battery trays. This design ensures highly stable power delivery profiles capable of driving heavy enterprise computing and storage loads during sudden utility outages, functioning perfectly across wide operational temperature variations.

The modular configuration is engineered for precise toolless slide-in slot alignment, matching a 3U horizontal rack profile inside compatible main frames and external battery enclosures. It is fully compatible with network power models including the SU5KRT3UHV, SU6KRT3UHV, and their associated MB detachable bypass variants, as well as the BP192V12RT3US external battery modules. This battery pack must not be utilized in lower-voltage line-interactive UPS topologies, alternative single-phase systems requiring a flat 24V/48V bus, or uncertified third-party enclosures.
