Overview

The Eaton SMART3000RM2UN is a rack/tower convertible line-interactive UPS designed for high-density network closets, branch offices and distributed IT environments. Rated at 3000 VA / 3000 W with a unity (1.0) power factor, it delivers pure sine-wave output that supports active PFC servers, network switches and storage arrays without compromise. The unit features automatic voltage regulation (AVR), correcting brownouts down to 80 V and over-voltages up to 151 V without activating battery mode—preserving runtime and extending battery life. Pre-installed with Eaton’s WEBCARDLXE network management card, it offers full SNMP/Web/SSH access, enabling remote monitoring, alerting, auto-reboot and scheduled shutdowns. Two independently switchable load banks allow you to prioritise critical loads and shed non-essential ones in an outage, aiding graceful downtime management. Hot-swappable battery modules support maintenance without disrupting the load, and the 2 U rack/tower form factor fits standard 19-inch enclosures while maintaining service access and airflow.
