Overview :
The Eaton OMNIVS1000 is a 1000 VA (500 W) line-interactive uninterruptible power supply (UPS) designed for engineers deploying small server stacks, network appliances or sensitive electronics in environments requiring basic power continuity and regulation. It provides automatic voltage regulation (AVR) that corrects brownouts as low as 89 V without engaging the battery and protects against surges and noise while offering user-replaceable VRLA batteries. This tower-form unit fits well in edge locations, branch offices or equipment closets where a compact footprint is required and integrates via USB port into the host system for unattended shutdown capability. It supports six battery-backed outlets and two surge-only outlets, making it suitable for supporting a primary device, monitor and one vital peripheral while offloading less critical gear to surge-only protection.
