Features
This module plugs into the interconnect blade bay of HPE c-Class chassis and provides integrated server-facing 1 Gb downlink connections across multiple server blades. Uplink options include four 1 Gb copper ports (RJ‑45), two 1 Gb SFP fiber ports, two 10 Gb XFP fiber ports, and one specialized 10 Gb CX4 port for backward compatibility with legacy high-speed uplinks. The switch enables advanced Layer‑2 and Layer‑3 features such as VLANs, static routing, Quality of Service, link aggregation, and flow control. Enterprise-grade management protocols include SNMP (v1/v2c/v3), RMON, Telnet, SSH, HTTP‑HTTPS access, TACACS+ or RADIUS authentication, and SSL encryption for secure configuration and monitoring
