The HPE 855071‑001 is a hot‑pluggable SFP+ optical transceiver module designed for 32 Gigabit Fibre Channel SAN links in enterprise storage fabrics. It supports short‑wave (850 nm) VCSEL transmission over multimode fibre, making it suitable for connections between servers, storage arrays and SAN switches in data‑centre environments.
