With a PoE budget up to 370 W, it efficiently powers devices like Aruba APs, IP phones, and cameras. Engineered for SMB, retail, or branch deployments, it supports up to 48 wireless APs or 1,024 users when used as a wireless LAN controller. The device delivers 48 Gbps switching capacity and 35.7 Mpps throughput, featuring advanced Layer 2/3 functionality—such as static/IP routing, RIP, IGMP snooping, VRRP, and ACLs—while offering secure management interfaces including SNMPv3, HTTPS, SSH, VLAN isolation, and RMON.

It supports Layer 3 routing and redundancy protocols—including static routing, RIP‑1/RIP‑2, IGMP v2, and VRRP—for enhanced availability.

Advanced Options

Security and traffic control features include VLANs, port mirroring, ACLs, DiffServ QoS, Auto‑MDIX, and endpoint admission defense (EAD). Administrators can manage the switch using CLI/SSH, SNMP v1/v2c/v3, HTTPS GUI, Telnet, RMON, and management VLAN separation. Expandability is supported via dual expansion slots for future module upgrades.
