Overview
The HPE P18670-B21 is a server-grade Smart Network Interface Card (SmartNIC) designed for modern data-centre and cloud-scale server deployments requiring high-bandwidth uplinks and advanced offload capabilities. It offers two SFP28 ports capable of operating at either 10 Gb/s or 25 Gb/s each, enabling a flexible migration path from current 10 Gb infrastructure to emerging 25 Gb networks without swapping the adapter. The card supports full line-rate throughput, virtualization offloads such as SR-IOV and RDMA, and is optimized to reduce CPU load in virtualised and storage-intensive workloads. It fits into a low-profile server expansion slot (PCIe Gen4 ×8) or compatible mezzanine bay, conserving other expansion real-estate.
