Overview
The HPE P18715-001 is a dual-port Smart Network Interface Card (SmartNIC) that supports both 10 Gb/s and 25 Gb/s Ethernet link speeds via SFP28 interfaces. Designed for high-performance servers and data‐centre deployments, it offers full line-rate throughput on each port, advanced offload capabilities, and flexibility to use optics or direct attach cabling depending on link requirements. This adapter is suitable for virtualised hosts, storage servers, hyper-converged nodes or any compute infrastructure demanding dual high-speed uplinks with efficient CPU off-loading. It installs into a standard mezzanine or PCIe slot (depending on server platform) and integrates with the server’s I/O fabric without impacting other expansion slots, making it ideal for dense rack environments and converged infrastructure.
