Overview   

The HPE R0X38B is an access-layer expansion module designed for the Aruba CX 6400 family of modular chassis. If you already operate a 6400-series chassis and need to add a dense block of copper-based access ports supporting PoE+, this module gives you 48 RJ-45 ports at 1 Gb each with Class 4 PoE (up to ~30 W per port) to power devices such as Wi-Fi access points, VoIP phones or IP cameras. It fits directly into the chassis slot and integrates with chassis-level management, power and redundancy. The module is ideal for campus or branch wiring closets where high port-density and power-enabled access are required and you want to leverage your existing chassis investment.
