Overview
The HPE R3V91A is a compact branch‑gateway appliance built for enterprise branch or small campus use where wired and wireless edge services, SD‑WAN and security need to be unified. It supports up to 2,048 client devices and includes 4 gigabit RJ‑45 ports plus integrated LTE connectivity, enabling WAN uplink diversity or fail‑over via cellular. This model fits into branch offices, retail outlets or remote sites where a full rack isn’t available and where cloud‑managed SD‑Branch capabilities via Aruba Central are desirable. It complements wired LAN, Wi‑Fi access point deployments and can enforce wired/wireless policies, making it suitable for converged LAN/WLAN/SD‑WAN deployments.
