Overview :

The Intel Core i9-14900KS is a high-frequency unlocked desktop processor designed for enthusiast gaming systems, AI-assisted workflows, content creation, and compute-intensive workstation environments. It targets power users requiring maximum single-threaded responsiveness alongside high parallel processing throughput.

Built on Intel’s 14th Generation hybrid architecture, the processor combines 8 Performance-cores and 16 Efficient-cores for a total of 24 cores and 32 threads. It supports up to 6.2 GHz Intel Thermal Velocity Boost, PCIe 5.0 connectivity, dual-channel DDR5 and DDR4 memory, and integrated Intel UHD Graphics 770. The unlocked multiplier enables advanced overclocking deployments on compatible platforms.

The processor uses the LGA1700 socket and is intended for Intel 600-series and 700-series chipset motherboards with updated BIOS support.
