Overview :
The Intellinet 162470 is a 12-port Cat5e UTP wall-mount patch panel designed for structured copper cabling installations. It provides organized termination and port management for network deployments where a full-size rack enclosure is not required.
The patch panel supports unshielded Cat5e cabling with RJ45 connectivity and complies with ANSI/TIA/EIA 568 B.2 performance standards. It supports Ethernet, Fast Ethernet, and Gigabit Ethernet applications through IEEE 802.3, 802.3u, and 802.3ab network standards.
Designed for branch offices, edge locations, wall-mounted network cabinets, and structured cabling installations, the unit supports 22–26 AWG stranded and solid copper wire using 110 or Krone punch-down tools. It is not intended for high-density data center deployments requiring large rack-mounted patching capacity.
