Intellinet 210188 – Cat5e Keystone Jack

Overview:

The Intellinet 210188 is a Category 5e (Cat5e) Keystone Jack, designed for use with unshielded twisted pair (UTP) cabling . It provides a female RJ45 connection point for network wall plates or patch panels.

Network installers and IT technicians use this keystone jack for terminating horizontal cabling runs in both residential and commercial structured cabling installations . It solves the need for a reliable, standardized connection point that meets network performance specifications.

The jack features a punch-down style termination compatible with both 110 and Krone impact tools . It supports 22 to 26 AWG stranded and solid wire and is EIA/TIA approved with UL listing . The jack is color-coded for both 568A and 568B wiring schemes . This is a passive component and does not require external power. It is not suitable for Cat6 or higher performance cabling standards, nor for outdoor use.
