Intellinet 347501 – Cat6 UTP Patch Cable
Overview :
Category 6 unshielded twisted-pair patch cord for short-reach copper Ethernet connections in data center, enterprise, and telecommunications environments. Deployed by network engineers, cable management technicians, and IT procurement teams for ultra-short jumper applications including top-of-rack switching, adjacent equipment interconnects, and high-density patching where cable slack must be minimized.
Delivers 250 MHz bandwidth supporting 10/100/1000BASE-T Gigabit Ethernet with headroom for 2.5GBASE-T and 5GBASE-T standards. Snagless molded boot protects the RJ45 locking tab from damage during frequent re-patching, equipment moves, and dense cable bundle management.
One-foot (0.3 m) length is ideal for shortest-reach applications including switch-to-switch connections within the same rack, direct server-to-switch terminations in crowded enclosures, and cable management pathways where even minimal excess length creates airflow obstruction or visual clutter. White jacket enables color-coded physical layer identification for network segmentation, VLAN mapping, or circuit tracking.
Compatible with all standard RJ45 ports on switches, routers, firewalls, servers, patch panels, and end-user devices. Lifetime warranty supports long-term infrastructure investment. Not suitable for outdoor installation, direct burial, or high-EMI environments requiring shielded (S/FTP) cabling. For PoE applications requiring extended power delivery beyond 60W, solid-core 23 AWG cabling is preferred over stranded patch cords for reduced power loss and heat generation.
