Overview :

The Intellinet 351898 is a handheld multifunction cable tester designed to verify the continuity and wiring integrity of RJ45 and RJ11 cables. It is intended for network installers, IT technicians, and maintenance teams performing structured cabling installation and troubleshooting in enterprise networks, telecommunications rooms, and data centers.

The tester supports UTP, STP, and FTP cable types and can test both shielded and unshielded LAN cables. LED indicators provide clear identification of wiring connections and common faults, enabling quick verification of newly installed or existing network and telephone cabling. The unit operates using a standard 9V battery (not included).

Its compact design makes it suitable for field service, rack installations, office environments, and routine network maintenance. The tester is designed for basic continuity and wiring verification and is compatible with standard RJ45 Ethernet and RJ11 telephone cabling.

This tester is intended for cable continuity testing only. It is not designed for cable certification, bandwidth qualification, PoE measurement, or fiber optic testing.
