The INTELLINET 505147 Cat6 Inline Coupler, Keystone Type provides a snap-in RJ45 feed-through connection for extending network cable runs without punch-down terminations. Designed for network technicians, cabling installers, and IT infrastructure personnel, it enables quick link extensions across Category 6 unshielded twisted-pair (UTP) cabling infrastructure.

Featuring two female 8P8C RJ45 ports, the unit connects two patch cords in a straight-through wiring configuration compliant with T568A and T568B standards. The interior phosphor bronze contacts are plated with 50 micro-inches of gold to prevent surface oxidation, minimize insertion loss, and ensure low contact resistance over extended deployment lifecycles.

Engineered in a standardized keystone module format, the white ABS plastic housing snaps directly into standard blank patch panels, wall plates, and surface-mount boxes. It is ideal for server rack interconnects, telecommunications closets, and office drop extensions requiring Gigabit Ethernet throughput. Do not use with shielded (STP/FTP) cabling requiring ground continuity or in direct outdoor deployments without weatherproofing enclosures.
