Intellinet 561082 PoE-Powered 5-Port Gigabit Switch

Overview :

The Intellinet 561082 is an unmanaged 5-port Gigabit Ethernet switch designed to extend Power over Ethernet (PoE) connectivity while providing high-speed network switching. It features one PoE Powered Device (PD) input port and four PoE Power Sourcing Equipment (PSE) output ports, allowing both power and data to be distributed to compatible IEEE 802.3af/at devices.

The switch supports Gigabit Ethernet on all five RJ45 ports with a 10 Gbps switching fabric, store-and-forward architecture, IEEE 802.3az Energy Efficient Ethernet, and automatic detection of PoE devices. It can operate from the included AC adapter with a 60 W PoE budget or receive power from an upstream PoE switch through the PD port with a 26 W PoE budget.

Designed for desktop or wall-mount deployment, the switch is suitable for IP surveillance, wireless access points, VoIP phones, and branch office networks. It is an ideal choice for extending PoE beyond the traditional 100 m Ethernet limitation. It should not be used where managed switching features such as VLANs, QoS configuration, or Layer 2 management are required.
