Overview

The INTELLINET 721080 (IPP-19C624-1U-LED) is a 24-port Cat6 UTP rackmount patch panel featuring built-in LED trace indicators. It solves the operational challenge of tracing unlabeled or congested cable runs in busy data centers and server rooms. When used with the optional Intellinet LED Port Identifier Tool (SKU 780179), each port’s LED illuminates to confirm connectivity, display link status (green for valid, red for uplinked, off for faults), and eliminate manual cable tracing.

Constructed from cold-rolled SPCC steel with an antistatic powder coating, the 1U panel features 50 micro-inch gold-plated contacts and 180° entry IDC punch-down blocks. It supports 23 to 26 AWG solid conductor UTP cables, bandwidth up to 250 MHz, speeds up to 10 Gbps (up to 55 m), and high-power PoE standards including IEEE 802.3bt / 4PPoE up to 90W.

Designed for deployment in standard 19-inch equipment racks and network enclosures compliant with IEC 60297 / EIA 310. It is incompatible with shielded (STP/FTP) cabling runs requiring grounded shielding or non-standard non-19-inch mounting frames.
