The INTELLINET 742443 (IEC-C6-BK-1-SLIM) is an ultra-thin 1-foot Cat6 U/UTP unshielded network patch cable engineered for ultra-high-density data center racks, blade servers, and crowded network switches. With a reduced outer jacket diameter of just 3.8 mm (0.149 in.), it solves server rack congestion, improves airflow, and eases cable routing in tight spaces compared to standard Cat6 patch cords.

Constructed with 100% pure bare copper 30 AWG stranded conductors and 6 micro-inch gold-plated contacts, it delivers reliable connectivity supporting frequencies up to 250 MHz and speeds up to 10 Gbps. The cable features molded snag-free boots with heavy-duty strain relief to prevent clip damage during high-density patch bay reconfigurations, and supports up to 90W IEEE 802.3bt / 4PPoE / Ultra PoE applications.

Designed for short cross-connect jumper runs in 19-inch racks, network cabinets, and patch panels. It is incompatible with outdoor or in-wall riser runs requiring CMP/CMR ratings or shielded (STP/FTP) installations needing grounded metal foil/braid protection.
