The INTELLINET 743457 is a 1-foot (0.3 m) Cat6 unshielded twisted pair (UTP) ultra-slim network patch cable engineered for high-density local area network installations. It is utilized by network administrators and data center technicians to interconnect switches, patch panels, and servers within congested rack spaces. The unit solves the challenge of optimizing airflow and reducing bulk clutter in tight cabinet environments where standard-diameter cables restrict ventilation.

Technically, the cable features a reduced outer diameter using 30 AWG stranded 100% pure bare copper wiring, supporting frequencies up to 250 MHz and 10-Gigabit Ethernet transmission speeds. It is equipped with gold-plated contacts for corrosion resistance and fully supports Power over Ethernet (PoE) applications up to IEEE 802.3bt / PoE++ / 4PPoE / Ultra PoE.

Deployment is optimized for high-density server rooms, telecommunication racks, and switch-to-patch-panel links. Compatibility spans standard RJ45-equipped hardware while remaining backward compatible with Cat5e and Cat5 systems.
