The Logitech 999-000004 is an enterprise-grade mobile collaboration bundle developed in partnership with Steelcase to address flexible workplace infrastructure needs. It combines a professional Steelcase mobile media cart with the Logitech Rally Bar Huddle video bar system. This hardware solves the problem of rigid room requirements by introducing full presentation and video conferencing mobility across data centers, training rooms, and ad-hoc corporate team spaces.

Technically optimized for huddle and small collaboration spaces, the system utilizes the Rally Bar Huddle’s integrated 4K camera sensor, 6 beamforming microphones, and AI-driven background noise suppression. The entire deployment is integrated onto the heavy-duty Steelcase cart system, which provides internal cable routing paths, component mounting brackets, and industrial casters for stable transport.

Deployment strategies focus on fast-provision environments, enterprise branch edge offices, and hybrid team rooms where permanent wall installations are restricted. The hardware interfaces with external displays via dual HDMI outputs supporting up to 1080p resolutions, while integrated network protocols handle deployment management via wired Gigabit Ethernet or dual-band Wi-Fi connections.

Compatibility encompasses leading native UC appliance layers including Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and Google Meet without requiring a dedicated room PC. Alternatively, it can deploy via standard USB plug-and-play connection to any Windows or macOS hardware. This unit is intended for small spaces up to 6 participants; it should not be deployed in extra-large boardrooms or presentation halls where the 16.4-foot native audio pickup range is exceeded.
