Overview :

The Opengear OG-FNTS-ACM7000-7YR is a seven-year Foundation Support service designed exclusively for Opengear ACM7000 Resilience Gateway appliances. It provides manufacturer-backed technical support and Advanced Replacement coverage to help maintain the availability of critical out-of-band management infrastructure throughout the product lifecycle.

Foundation Support includes 8×5 regional technical assistance and Advanced Replacement service, enabling organizations to reduce downtime caused by hardware failures. It is well suited for enterprise data centers, branch offices, industrial facilities, and edge deployments that depend on reliable remote access and network resilience.

This support SKU is intended only for eligible Opengear ACM7000 appliances and does not include hardware, software licenses, or feature upgrades. It should be selected when long-term manufacturer support is required for ACM7000 deployments and is not suitable as a standalone hardware product or for other Opengear appliance families.
