The Ruckus 10G-SFPP-TWX-P-0101 is a 10 Gigabit Ethernet SFP+ module with a fixed 1-metre passive twinax copper cable designed to interconnect adjacent network hardware with minimal latency and power draw. Its plug-in form factor enables hot-swappable insertion into SFP+ ports, making it suitable for rack-to-rack or switch-to-switch short-reach links where fibre may be excessive or cost-prohibitive. Because the cable is passive, it requires no external power or active modules, reducing component count and heat. The product fits within campus, data-centre, or edge aggregation deployments where Cisco/ICX/Ruckus SFP+ ports are available and cable length is limited to one metre. It integrates transparently into existing IEEE 802.3ae compliant 10 GbE infrastructure and supports full data-rate transmission between two SFP+ ports without signal regeneration.
