Featuring Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) technology, it supports 12 spatial streams—8×8:8 in the 5 GHz band and 4×4:4 in the 2.4 GHz band—enabling efficient data transmission and improved capacity. This access point is capable of handling up to 1,024 concurrent client connections, making it ideal for venues such as stadiums, convention centers, and large enterprises. Equipped with a 5 Gbps multi-gigabit Ethernet port and a 1 Gbps port, it ensures high-speed backhaul connectivity. Additionally, the R850 supports advanced features like MU-MIMO, OFDMA, WPA3 security, and SmartMesh for seamless wireless networking.
