The SFP10GBTCST is a professional-grade SFP+ copper transceiver module specifically programmed and tested for 100% compatibility with Cisco switches and routers. It serves as a reliable, cost-effective alternative to the Cisco SFP-10G-T-S module, ensuring seamless integration into Cisco-centric network environments. This module provides a high-speed bridge between SFP+ slots and standard RJ45 copper infrastructure.

Technically, the module delivers 10Gbps throughput over Cat6a or Cat7 cabling with a maximum reach of 30 meters (98 feet). It is designed to handle the high power requirements of 10GBASE-T while maintaining signal integrity. The transceiver is hot-swappable, allowing for network expansions or hardware replacements without needing to reboot the host equipment. It is optimized for short-haul high-speed uplinks, server-to-switch connections, and data center edge applications.
