The StarTech USB32DVCAPRO is an all-in-one professional video capture device designed to bridge the gap between legacy analog hardware and modern digital systems. Technically, this device is a “Swiss Army Knife” of capture cards. It features a DVI-I input port that, through the use of included adapters, supports HDMI, VGA, and Component video. Additionally, it features dedicated S-Video and Composite (RCA) inputs, alongside a 3.5mm stereo audio input. It captures high-definition video at 1080p resolution at 60 frames per second over a high-bandwidth USB 3.0 interface. The device is UVC (USB Video Class) compliant, meaning it is natively recognized by the operating system as a standard webcam, allowing for instant compatibility with software like OBS, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom without the need for proprietary drivers.
