At its core, the TEG-MGBS10D3 utilizes bi-directional Wavelength Division Multiplexing (WDM) technology. This allows it to transmit and receive data over a single fiber strand by using different wavelengths for the upstream (1310nm) and downstream (1550nm) signals.
