Overview :
The TRENDnet TI-E100 is an industrial-grade PoE+ extender, designed to take a single Power-over-Ethernet (PoE or PoE+) feed and extend that connection by up to 100 meters (328 ft) beyond its source. It auto-detects whether the input is standard PoE (15.4 W) or PoE+ (30 W), and provides a matching PoE output to the remote device. In typical deployments, you can place it up to 200 m (656 ft) from the PoE power source, or daisy-chain up to two units for a total of 300 m (984 ft) range. Built for harsh environments, the extender has an IP30-rated metal housing and works over a wide temperature range from –40 °C to +75 °C. It supports both wall and DIN-rail mounting. Because it’s powered via PoE, there is no need for an external power adapter, simplifying installs in remote or constrained locations. It’s a robust option for extending PoE-powered devices like IP cameras, wireless access points, or industrial sensors in challenging environments.
