This UFiber router features an SC/APC-type GPON WAN connector, supporting downstream speeds of up to 2.4 Gbps and upstream speeds of up to 1.2 Gbps—ideal for long-range fiber deployments up to 12.4 miles. The built-in signal strength LED indicators offer visual feedback on optical connection quality, making setup and troubleshooting simple and efficient. In addition to fiber connectivity, it offers four Gigabit Ethernet LAN ports for direct device access.
Advanced Options :
The UF-WIFI-US supports 802.11n Wi-Fi (Wi-Fi 4) for wireless connectivity with speeds up to 300 Mb/s. Network administrators can monitor and manage the device using UNMS, Ubiquiti’s cloud-based management platform that provides a centralized interface for firmware updates, performance analytics, and device control. The UFiber Wi-Fi router can be powered either through the included AC adapter or via passive PoE, making it suitable for locations where outlet access may be limited.
