Xerox 115R00163 is an OEM 110-volt fuser maintenance kit engineered specifically to support continuous, high-speed monochrome laser printing. Managed by data center technicians and IT facilities groups, this critical unit applies precise heat and pressure to permanently bond toner particles to media fibers. It resolves print anomalies such as loose or smearing toner, page crinkling, paper jams within the exit path, and persistent heating-related error codes.

This high-performance fuser assembly handles a rated duty cycle capacity of up to 225,000 pages. Operating at 110V AC, the internal heating element integrates directly into the printer’s power delivery system. Because it is designed to endure extreme thermal cycles, it is considered a long-life, routine maintenance item that maintains paper-handling precision even during dense, multi-hour print queues.
