The Xerox B225/DNI is a compact monochrome multifunction laser printer designed for small offices, branch locations, and home office environments. It combines printing, copying, and scanning into a single network-ready device while supporting wired and wireless connectivity.

The printer delivers print speeds of up to 34 ppm with automatic duplex printing, a 600 × 600 dpi print engine (2400 Image Quality), and a 50-sheet automatic document feeder for efficient document handling. Standard connectivity includes Gigabit-compatible USB 2.0, Ethernet 10/100 Base-TX, and Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n), supporting both network and mobile printing workflows.

Its compact footprint makes it suitable for desktop deployment where space is limited. The B225/DNI supports Apple AirPrint, Mopria, Chromebook Printing, and Wi-Fi Direct, making it suitable for mixed Windows and macOS environments.

The B225/DNI is intended for black-and-white document workflows. It is not suitable for organizations requiring color printing, high-volume departmental production, or advanced finishing capabilities.
