Overview :

This SKU is a 2-year Quick Exchange service agreement for the Xerox® B205 and B215 series printers. It is designed for IT administrators and procurement managers who need to minimize downtime through a rapid hardware replacement program, solving the problem of extended printer outages that impact office productivity .

This service adds two additional years of Quick Exchange coverage beyond the standard one-year warranty, providing a total of three years of protection when purchased within the first 90 days of product ownership . If telephone support is unsuccessful in resolving an issue, Xerox will ship an exchange product to the customer by express delivery at no additional charge . This service is applicable to Xerox B205/NI, B205V/NI, B215/DNI, and B215V/DNI models . Do not select this SKU if the device is outside the 90-day purchase window from the original hardware purchase date .
