Overview
The Xerox EC8030SAP is an electronic extended on-site service agreement designed for the Xerox AltaLink C8030 Color Multifunction Printer. It adds one additional year of on-site service coverage for organizations requiring continued Xerox-authorized support and reduced equipment downtime.
The agreement provides on-site service coverage with parts and labor support for eligible hardware service events. It can be renewed annually when the device remains under warranty or is already covered by an active Xerox extended service agreement. Total extended service coverage cannot exceed five years.
