The Xerox EC8035SAP is an electronic extended on-site service agreement for the Xerox AltaLink C8035 Color Multifunction Printer. It adds one additional year of on-site service coverage and is intended for organizations that require continued manufacturer-backed support after the original warranty or an existing Xerox extended service agreement expires.
The agreement includes on-site parts replacement and labor for eligible service events. It is renewable annually, provided the device remains under warranty or is already covered by an active Xerox extended service agreement. Total extended service coverage cannot exceed five years. Activation instructions are delivered electronically after purchase.
