Overview
The Xerox EC9000SA is an electronic extended on-site service agreement designed for the Xerox VersaLink C9000 Color Printer. It adds one additional year of Xerox on-site service coverage for organizations requiring continued manufacturer-backed support and predictable maintenance coverage.
The agreement provides Xerox-authorized service support and can be renewed annually when the device is under warranty or currently covered by an existing extended service agreement. Total extended service coverage cannot exceed five years.
