Overview
This is a complete Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) system for small to medium-sized meeting spaces. It solves the challenge of integrating disparate cameras, microphones, speakers, and compute into a unified, IT-manageable collaboration solution.
The system integrates the SmartVision 40 all-in-one video bar, an Intel-powered MCore 4 mini-PC, an 11.6-inch MTouch Plus touch console, and a RoomSensor for environmental monitoring. The video bar features dual 48MP cameras with a 120° field of view and AI-powered framing (IntelliFocus, Video Fence), while the microphone array provides a 6-meter voice pickup range. The pre-configured MCore PC ensures out-of-box functionality and remote management via Microsoft Teams Admin Center or Yealink’s cloud platform. Ideal for huddle spaces and small to medium conference rooms, this system is unsuitable for bring-your-own-device (BYOD) setups lacking an MTR license or for spaces exceeding its audio pickup range.
