Overview

The Yealink 1303228 (RCH240) is an enterprise-grade L2+ web-managed network switch explicitly engineered for high-bandwidth Audio over IP (AVoIP) engineering deployments and complex corporate conferencing infrastructure. Designed for technical procurement teams and system integrators, this hardware addresses multi-endpoint latency, packet loss, and configuration overhead within multi-device video conferencing installations.

The platform provides 24 physical Gigabit Ethernet ports with full 802.3af/at PoE+ capabilities alongside 4 dedicated Gigabit SFP fiber uplinks for resilient network backhauls. To streamline high-capacity conference environment setup, the switch is pre-optimized out of the box with IGMP Snooping and Fast Leave enabled by default, ensuring efficient handling of heavy multicast traffic. It seamlessly interfaces with Yealink MVC room endpoints, VCH control components, and standard professional audio systems running Dante or AES67 protocols, minimizing setup time. However, it should not be utilized in environments requiring 10GbE network transmission line-rates, as physical uplinks max out at 1Gbps.
