The Yealink ROOMSENSOR PRO (1303123) is an AI-driven multifunctional sensor designed for facility managers, AV integrators, and IT procurement teams to automate and optimize the management of meeting spaces. It solves the common issues of underutilized conference rooms, energy waste, and uncomfortable environments by providing real-time, actionable data. Deployed via ceiling installation, the sensor provides both precise people counting and environmental monitoring (temperature, humidity, illuminance) through a single device.
Built on Yealink’s advanced AI learning algorithm, the sensor accurately identifies both moving and stationary human presence. It communicates with Yealink gateway devices (such as RoomPanel or RoomPanel Plus) via Bluetooth 5.2, enabling intelligent strategies like automatic room reservation, automatic release for no-shows, environmental air quality alerts, and automated control of IoT devices like lighting, curtains, and air conditioning.
One sensor covers up to 50 square meters, suitable for small to medium-sized rooms, and up to four sensors can be paired for larger conference spaces. The ROOMSENSOR PRO is powered via PoE (802.3at) or DC 5V adapter, ensuring flexible and reliable power without battery constraints. Do not use in outdoor environments (operating temperature 0–40°C) or with third-party gateways not specifically supported for this device.
